Cost/Benefit Analysis

Through our services we will generate some costs and receive some benefits from our stakeholders:

As costs of offering our service we identified the following ones :

 

Human capital costs (personnel): costs of the knowledge and the experience of our trainners which is giving the best service in order to achieve customer satisfaction. (here we include the soccer accesories, marketing, sales and logistics)

 

Physical costs: the use of the parks that we will be using, all equipment, utensils, soccer accesories, in conclusion all of the tools and infrastructure that will help us provide the service in the best way.

 

Other costs as: unforeseen events, security programs, hidratation for childerns, marketing costs.

 

ADVERTISING

The cost / benefit of advertising investment will bring economic benefits to the company, so that through brand positioning by: advertising accesories, advertising stands in shopping centers, the construction of the website, promotion service through flyers  with  discount with the purchase of certain amount in the service, all those activities will increase the number of sales service, with new people who know our company and link to it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DATABASE

The cost / benefit of implementing the system database will bring to the company the minimization in time because the processes the trainers can be communicate with the parents of the childrens, i mean, will be automatized. Thus achieve an efficient system implementation to be consistent with the performance of the company.
