As JLS SOCCER CLUB is new in the market and has low capital investment. The idea is that while resources and opportunities increase, also the number of employees will enhance. At that time, a new department responsible for human side will be created with the purpose of recruiting people according to the values and policies that guide the company and make the whole process of personnal management.
The visualized scenario for the future recruiting process consists of a series of steps that include:
Personal interview
This part seeks to know deeply the person, his interest, likes, hobbies and the most important why he or she is a suitable candidate to work in our company.
Psychological tests
It is necessary to understand if the new employee has some type of psychological pathology or weakness to see how much it would affect his duties.
Medical tests
Depending on the kind of position, medical tests will be conducted to know the physical weaknesses the employee has.
For the same line, every employee will have a capacitation process from the beginning so they can perform their job correctly and also they could know the organization culture.
