MOTIVATING
As employees are the most important resource for us, it will be important that they feel motivated every time to achieve goals in the appropriate way. Leadership, group dynamics, communication and organizational change are fundamentals to success in motivation function (David, 2009).
In first place, is important to create a process that can be influencing our workers through differents strategies that we want to implement on JLS s.a, in the same way, in our company the communacation be the first priority between all members of the organization for the wellness of the organization as a factor to feel that everybody counts consequently the professional ego left behind between all the specialist that are working in our company and at JLS s.a democracy prevails with employees given a considerable voice that increases the trust and commitment of employees with the company, in the same way, the work groups is important in our organization for the soccer skills development and growing of each child that all the professionals works as a one, consequently we joining forces and knoledge for the best effort team, JLS also encourages its staff to pursue company-associated interests, for example, implement differents strategies to optain better result for the childrens.
In second place, our company taken in account the job enrichment because our labor will focus on the help and growing skills for our childrens, so this is enough for all ours trainers and workers in our company that they are doing a fantastic job being part of the surpassing of a children that have any kind of problems in their lives, on the same way, the job satisfaction is really important for us, for that reason our organizational environment is very comfortable a space where we are a family so go to work must be a something that really our employees likes and enjoys to at the same time be part of the process transformation of each kid is a professional satisfaction.
