In JLS S.A we have certain human, organizational and physical equipment that leads the company through a competitive advantage against other companies
Human resources: the members of our company should pass through an extensive aptitude exam in which the company will determine if the applicant is qualified or not (training experience, intelligence, knowledge, skills, abilities etc) are going to be evaluated. By this mean JLS S.A as a company determines one of their competitive advantages which is the customer service quality, for that reason, our soccer school provides a service less for more, because in this sector, the prices for a recognized soccer school are more than our school(academy).
Organizational: thanks to the organizational structure of the company, the tasks and operations that are going to be developed should demonstrate a leadership that enhances the work in group and also helps to achieve all the goals proposed by the company; on the other hand, we implement in our organization in differents parts, a outsourcing because reducing cost.
Physical: the physical resources of the company are going to represent a competitive advantage in the order that all the equipment, soccer accesories, personal devices that control the physical advances, on the other hand, we have a marketing strategy that take in account the preferences for our costumers, according to a specific survey.
Just as said before, this three resources can and are going to represent the competitive advantage of the company against other companies that are spending lots of money, resources, and time in their activities, making this competitive advantage rare, hard to imitate and difficult to sustain.
