Marketing Research 

 

Marketing research is a method that marketers has used in order to search for, and analysis of, information and data gathered from primary and secondary data that will help to solve out different issues in terms of marketing.

In the case of our company the marketing research studied should be based on mainly in 2 methods and they are: qualitative methods (focus groups, deep interviews) and quantitative methods (survey).

 

There are some information gather from the initial survey and secondary data:

 

  • The world cup in 2014 has boosted an increase in football supporters and players in the country (Colombia).

  • The majority (50%) of parents have 2 children based on the survey done.

  • The most practice sport based on the survey is football by 54,5%.

  • Parents are more concern about the quality of the services rather than other variables such as price and security.
