1. If the trainer is not finished the class at the time program, we as a company we will give an incentive (discount) in the service

2. If the costumer dont be satisfy the expectations, the company will assume the cost of the 100% of this day of practice.

3. If this day are a rainning day,  we replaced the class in a private court cover.

 

2) Features: 

 

The principal features that the company will offer to our customers is the personalization in the service according with the needs of our client, in the same place, for all childrens, the trainers take care for all childrens into the class, on the other hand, the football coach will be watching the process of children

 

3) Quality:

 

This aspect will be provide through the time and the efficiency in the process of the children trainer, as a principal objective, the company want to be the best company in the industry that represents this aspect, for the same way, the The technical skills of children can ensure through models coaches
