3.3.2 ORGANIZING

JLS Soccer Club as a new company will begin with only three employees. Each of them will have specified tasks to achieve and how to achieve it in functional departmentalization. The top manager of the company will be in charged of those tasks that have a strategic analysis and that will affect the whole company. He is going to be the responsible for the logistic part, the managerial, financial section and the marketing strategies and to contact the stock holders for descition making..

 

As JLS has vertical channels of communication, any of the trainers can suggest any type of i.e. of marketing, because for sure it is going to be taken in account. Everyone could provide ideas and if these are viable, the Top manager can begin to implement it, he is going to be the one listening to the proposes of his colleagues to develop in the organization. He will be also the leading figure of the group. Actions such as organizing the group, setting goals and organize the daily purposes are some of the jobs that he is going to develop as the top manager.

 

More over, the company will have two trainers:  They will have the same tasks but they will be organized in different ways and for different activities. This organization will depend on the daily workflow and may vary depending on the purpose of the service. Certain days someone could work over strength and agility, while others could be working the resistance and tactics. This job or task variation is going to be stated in order to generate a healthy work environment for the employees and the customers.

TOP MANAGER

 

EDUCATION: graduated administrator,  Undergraduate education, experience in the marketing area and technical director experience.

EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience with the capability to understand and to take actions in all areas (HR, Marketing and sales, Finances and accounting)

 

LANGUAGE: Spanish

 

KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in the soccer schools industry.

  • Customer service.

  • General knowledge about administrative control.

  • Use of Microsoft office.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • The Top Manager is gping to be the legal representative of the organization and will be in charge of its direction.

  • Increasing the number of people linked to the company.

  • It`s going to be the legal responsible of the objectives in the company.

  • The Top Manager will ensure the compliance with all the legal requirements that affect the business and its operations.

  • Increase profit trough sales strategies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the organization and carry its name and representation in face of legal, administrative, labor, municipal, political and policiacal authorities in any place of the country or the world.

  • Sign contracts and the organization's obligations according to the criteria authorized by the by law. 

  • Delegate its conclusion, decentralize conducting bids or tenders, hire staff performs duties at different levels, according to the regulations issued by the procurement department talent. 

  • Search for the continous growth of the company's business.

  • Plan, direct and control every activity of sales of the organization.

  • Plan, direct and control the marketing studies analyse them and help to the development of the service.

  • Proyect and control the goals and budgets of sales.

  • Comply withe the corrective and preventive actions in order to improve the management system. 

  • Make a marketing plan and sales budget.

  • Establish the politics of marketing, advertising, events, promotions and other activities that allow the positioning of the image of the organization in the market.

  • Participate with the cost's area and be in agreement with the management officer in defining prices of services according to the market and profitability of the company.

  • Participate in the definition of service marketing.

  • Ensuring the profitability of the service provided by the company.

  • Ensure to maintain the positioning of the company in the market and their respective diferentiations.

  • Establish a policy of technical assistance and customer service.

  • Coorditate the outsourcing companies.
